Raymond Lee, DDS

Dr. Lee is a board-certified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, specializing in dental-alveolar extractions, implants, pathology, trauma and corrective jaw surgery. He is the first oral surgeon in the state of Indiana to provide CT guided implant surgery.
Prior to opening his own practice, Dr. Lee practiced oral surgery with a large group and multi-office setting giving him experience in corporate and private practice. He then opened Plainfield Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in June of 2014.
After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2005, Dr. Lee entered the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program at Indiana University Medical Center, where he received comprehensive surgical training. In his final year of residency, Dr. Lee served as Chief Resident in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
An Indiana native, Dr. Lee grew up in Indianapolis and attended Cathedral High School. He later graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in General Health Sciences. While earning his degree, Dr. Lee played varsity football for the Boilermakers. He lettered for four years and played in the 1997 & 1998 Alamo Bowls as well as the 2000 Outback bowl.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. Together, they stay active by hiking, fishing, skiing, biking, playing tennis and cheering on the Colts.
