Great experince! The atmosphere in this office is great! Dr. Lee is super cool and nice. I had a wisdom tooth pulled that was decayed. I didn't feel much when I was given the shots for numbing and it was pulled fast. Recovery is going great, not much pain. I am so glad I went here to get this tooth taken care of!

Dr. Lee and staff were awesome!!! Got me in the same day! Due to my anxiety I was very scared and asked many questions. However Dr. lee had said everything I needed to know and listened to my concerns. He also would stop and made sure I understood. He was very professional, made it fast and straight to the point but made me feel okay and ready for what was to come. He explained my X-rays results. Staff again was awesome the vibe was all good and very sweet they too answered all my questions 😊 - this was an old review rescheduled my wisdom removal to November of 2023 I will update and let everyone how it went 🙂 but i definitely still feel good about this location 🙂

Whoever works the front desk needs to be fired. Wish I could give 0 stars. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I called the manager to complain and she spoke over me and told me to shut up! ***she also hung up on me*** So unprofessional and snobbish It’s like they’re not at work! I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere. If I acted like that at work I would be unemployed. I drove all the way from Martinsville because I heard this doctor was the best, and I get sent back home. I took a day off work to do this and because they’ve wasted my time I have to take another off. The staff here say and do whatever they want, and will cancel your appointment because of some perceived slight. So very unprofessional. They didn’t seem to have any regard for my time. This place is In need of new management and any other place would be a better choice. most of these positive reviews are fake
