Whoever works the front desk needs to be fired. Wish I could give 0 stars. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I called the manager to complain and she spoke over me and told me to shut up! ***she also hung up on me*** So unprofessional and snobbish It’s like they’re not at work! I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere. If I acted like that at work I would be unemployed. I drove all the way from Martinsville because I heard this doctor was the best, and I get sent back home. I took a day off work to do this and because they’ve wasted my time I have to take another off. The staff here say and do whatever they want, and will cancel your appointment because of some perceived slight. So very unprofessional. They didn’t seem to have any regard for my time. This place is In need of new management and any other place would be a better choice. most of these positive reviews are fake

This place will waste your time. The lady that works the front desk is extremely rude. I Will never support any business that treats their patients like school children. She basically sent us home because she didn't like our attitude. I did not have an attitude. I've never been treated like that from a doctor's office. They lost my business.

This is an amazing office. They take all the time you need to discuss procedures, recovery etc. Dr. Lee and his assistant/staff are so knowledgeable and helpful.They did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for any oral surgery procedure.
