I’ve been putting off my wisdom teeth extractions for years. No dentist would touch me because my one tooth was laying near / on top of a nerve. Dr. Lee and his staff were all great. Appointment scheduling was easy. I opted for no anesthesia and Ruth did a fantastic job with the nerve block, I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Lee kept me updated the entire procedure which I appreciated. It’s hard to find a practitioner who will update you as they work. He had excellent bedside manner. Post op instructions were clear. Office made copay cost very clear for weeks, there were no surprises. Nothing but a positive experience for an otherwise uncomfortable procedure. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed on 12-31. The staff was amazing and so caring! Dr. Lee is outstanding, my son had zero pain, and minimal swelling no bruising at all. Will definitely return if we ever have to go through this with our youngest!

Only reason I would never suggest this place is because I had to abruptly end my services with my then current implant dentist because of their inability to get anything right and ended up having to take them to court. So then I became a patient at Dental Care Of Plainfield to finish my implant procedure. They suggested Dr. Lee to me. Dr. Lee's office schedules a consultation and to have another Panoramic Xray when they could've used the current one taken just a couple weeks previously. They wanted their own as I'm sure it was for money. It's always about more money. They were supposed to call me back within a couple weeks to schedule app for the healing caps to be placed on my implant posts. Never called me. So after hearing nothing for 3 weeks I called them. They beat around the bush and made up a lie. So then I called Dental Care Of Plainfield just to find out that Dr. Lee found out I had a lawsuit on original implant dentist in Greencastle, IN and now Dr. Lee was refusing services to me that they already obligated themselves to do until my court case was over. That can and did take a long time. He's a joke and very unprofessional as my court case had nothing to do with Dr. Lee.

Update- my recovery was great! I was eating beef stew by the 5th day and never got jaw stiffness or anything. I went and got 3 wisdom teeth and a top molar out today, I don’t remember falling asleep but Emily the assistant and Dr Lee were very nice thank you for taking my teeth out for me and I’m sorry for swearing when I woke up haha. My anxiety about the dentist is BAD but they are super nice and thoughtful here I’m glad I chose Plainfield oral thank you to everyone who made me feel comfortable during this! I’ll update how my recovery went.

First experience with oral surgery and this office. Everything went well. The initial person putting in the iv opted to get someone more experienced, which I super appreciated. (My request for iv sedation) Rest of procedure went as they explained and wisked me on my merry way. Test of recovery has gone well because I am doing everything as instructed.
