Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and got put to sleep for just the 2 teeth. The nurses were nice and the doctor made sure I understand everything. They worked fast and day 3 post op im feeling good.

Dr. Lee and his staff have taken great care of me through the needed extraction of broken root tips, bone grafting, and now working towards the implant. So impressed and pleased to have decided to stay local for this treatment. Everything has been done with state-of -the-art technology but also a personal touch. I had severe swelling, followed by being black and blue from eyes to chest. Would not recommend. I thought cost was high but have nothing to compare it to. Follow up on day 8 post op. Still have excessive swelling as well as brusing from eyes to chest. Plan was to put temp teeth in on day 2. On day 8 can not get teeth in yet. Was told to watch for difficulty in breathing and given a number to call if breathing was difficult.

Waited 3 months to get an appointment, which I totally get. Finally went in, 15 minutes early as asked (1:15pm), I sit there until about 2:10 and they call me back finally and take a pano of my mouth and send me back out to the waiting room. I sit there till 2:45 and couldn’t do it anymore. They close at 3 pm and I had sat there for an hour and a half and never even got to see the doctor or anything but the waiting room. When I tell them I am going elsewhere, they inform me he was stuck in surgery. Which I get it, things run behind, but they didn’t speak to me once or explain why I had been waiting. It was super unprofessional in my opinion and I would much rather go somewhere else where my time is valued as well.
