Pleasant experience from start to finish. The office was very warm & inviting. The staff were kind & informative. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Lee did an excellent job explaining the procedure, sharing what to expect in the coming days, and extracting all 4 teeth. Overall I was very pleased. I highly recommend!

I was very anxious prior to surgery. They helped calm me and did a fine job! Concerned about recovery time but not as bad as i expected. Doing extremely well! Healing ahead if schedule! After the first four days the pain medication did not control the pain at all. Just my luck it was a holiday weekend and could not reach the office. When I finally did, they did nothing to help me. Maybe communicate even more with patients when it comes to pain levels. I am very happy with my care though. Fantastic job all around! Thanks Dr. Lee and and the team, especially Alyssa!

I went through years of crazy symptoms that doctors kept telling me were sinus issues, and that some things weren’t related.. I just so happened to seek my own answers, and found that my impacted wisdom teeth were likely the problem. I called multiple surgeons around a 75 mile radius and no one bothered returning my calls, except this office. Mrs. Loretta was compassionate and truly concerned for me. She was able to get my scans, X-rays and scheduled within the week. The entire staff made me feel validated, and comforted through the entire process. Dr. Lee was well versed on my situation, which was impressive since I’d never seen him before. He was very straightforward on my “unique” situation, and informed me of the risks involved. He was able to extract three impacted wisdom teeth with zero nerve damage. I’m only 4 days out, and I’m already better off than before my first visit. I’m still very sore, but to be expected considering the procedure. I had read many of the reviews prior, and was comforted in seeing the negative reviews were either petty or because of the person’s own doing.. they stated clearly multiple times not to eat or drink 8 hours prior to surgery. I followed instructions to a T, and imagine this, surgery went flawlessly. I can’t thank everyone enough at Plainfield Oral for everything they did in getting me in and through this. It is appreciated more than I can express!
