This office is unsanitary if you are at all concerned with COVID-19. Only one of four office employees were wearing masks. Touching and talking over papers that they are handing patients. That is cross contamination. The patient was also charged twice for the procedure. Before the procedure she wasn’t told how much out of pocket cost there would be until the day of.

I had a great experience here. I am so glad my insurance was good here and everything was covered. Everyone was so nice. I had all my wisdom teeth removed and it went better than I thought. Would definitely come back if any other dental surgery needed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Appointments kept on time. Lovely waiting room with toasty fireplace. Perfect on the cold, snowy day of my appointment. Great location. Easy to get to. Definitely recommend!

Horrible Experience. I went in for wisdom teeth removal and told them to quote me on the high end so there would be no surprises and so I could get the credit line set up so they can be paid. The procedure went fine, or so I thought other than they had some issue putting me under. No big deal, nobody is perfect. Little did I know that they couldn't get the sedative correct so they attempted it 6 times in total to get me blacked out. Turns out when they couldn't get it right they charged me for every single attempt that they failed. That resulted in an extra $1,000 on a base $2,500 bill. Due to me only setting up my credit line to what I was told they maxxed out the line then sent me another bill on top of it. I call in to hopefully work through this misunderstanding, I was told that the financial person was out that day and they do not know who quoted me that amount. I asked to talk to the main financial person and they were out that day I called as well. I said I just want the bill to be gone but I do not think it is right (maybe not even legal) to charge me for their mistake, I paid for half of it and was told that the other half will be written off. 4 months later a bill shows up for the remainder. I call again Financial person is out again. Financial person has been out for 2 years now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
