Highly recommended Dr Lee! But his front desk staff was not!! Waited over an hour and a half, all they had to say was the doctor was running behind about and hour behind all I got was you were early, for my five minute look see. Not a happy camper.

Do not go here! I went to Dr. Lee back in 2016 and had a wonderful experience getting my wisdom tooth removed. The front desk, procedure, and healing process were great (or so I thought)! Then, this year, I have another wisdom tooth grow in and decide to go back to Dr. Lee. Horrible idea for many reasons! I upgraded my hip insurance to hip plus a few days before the procedure, so that I would have dental fully covered. Hip advised me that the upgrade wouldn’t kick in until 2 weeks later, so I would have to go ahead and pay the balance and then get reimbursed by the oral surgeon office. So before my procedure, Dr. Lee showed my xrays stating it is very rare that he would hit my sinus during the procedure. He hits my sinus during the procedure causing me a great deal of pain in the healing process. People make mistakes. That’s okay. Right after the procedure, I paid around $100 as a copay. While trying to get reimbursed after my hip updated, the office kept telling me it was hip’s responsibility to pay me back while hip disagreed. Finally, after 3 months of dealing with this, I call the surgeon’s office again and they said that my reimbursement of $40 is on its way. I ask why it is less than what I paid for the procedure as hip covers everything. They CLAIM that I have an overdue balance of $189 from my 2016 procedure. This is false as I never received a bill stating I owe anything. I even called up to the office in 2016 because I didn’t receive a bill, and the office had said my procedure in 2016 was fully paid for with both my insurances I had at the time. So tell me how I magically owe money now? And how am I getting back $40 when I APPARENTLY owe $189 and paid $100 as my copay for my 2019 procedure. Make it make sense. DO NOT GO HERE.....THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEFS AND WILL PROBABLY MESS UP THE PROCEDURE AND MAKE YOU PAY EXTRA FOR IT LIKE ME. My advice to the business: please hire intelligent employees who know what they are doing thanks.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. From the first phone call to the time I left the office the environment and staff here are so very kind and can answer any question you have. As soon as Dr. Lee walked in my room and started talking I felt like 20 bricks fell off my shoulders. He is intelligent(because if where he went to school!) fast, and precise at what he does. His assistant is great as well! I could go on and on...you've built a wonderful and successful business here Dr. Lee!!
